We take care of the planning from start to finish. With our comprehensive approach, you can relax and be fully present in your own celebration, trusting that every detail is already accounted for. Ideal for couples who have started planning but would like expert support to complete the process. We step in 3 - 6 months before your wedding to assist with venue and supplier coordination, budget guidance, timeline planning, and the remaining details, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.

Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but need a professional to bring everything together. Beginning 4-8 weeks before your wedding, we'll take over the final coordination, confirm suppliers, finalise your timeline, and ensure every detail is in place. On your wedding day, we'll oversee the schedule, manage suppliers, and handle any last-minute issues so you can enjoy your celebration with complete peace of mind.

Keep your celebration private with guests' phones securely sealed in no-photo pouches throughout the events, with the pouches unlocked only as they leave.
For complete peace of mind, choose our full-service on site management. Our team handles the entire process, including guest invitation verification, security checks, and phone pouch operations from arrival to departure.
Prefer to manage it yourself? Our Dry Hire option lets you run the process in -house, with premium secure pouches delivered directly to your venue for your own team to handle on site.
